Scheduling & Availability

Can you work around our business hours?

Yes. For commercial clients, we understand that cleaning often needs to happen before opening, after closing, or during lower-traffic periods. We will work with you to find an appropriate schedule.

Do you offer same-day or emergency service?

Yes, when scheduling permits. We prioritize emergency and water-damage calls and can often dispatch a crew the same day. For emergencies, calling 323-698-5350 is the fastest way to reach us.

How often should a restaurant kitchen be professionally deep cleaned?

Most high-volume restaurants should schedule professional deep cleaning quarterly, while lower-volume kitchens may need it semi-annually. The right frequency depends on cooking volume, grease production, and your regular cleaning program.

How often should hood and exhaust cleaning be scheduled?

It depends on cooking volume, type of cooking, and grease production. High-volume kitchens typically require quarterly cleaning, while lower-volume operations may need it semi-annually.
